We are very pleased to announce that the CD-Rom we have been developing for Aylesbury’s Training programme to help staff deal with comments, compliments and complaints has had a successful launch and is being well received.
On the disc staff members can work ther way through a series of senarios with text and video that explain how to deal with comments, compliments and complaints. Once they have completed the training there is a short questionaire of 20 questions that allow the HR department to focus on areas that need more attention following up on the incorrect answers.
Jackie Binning and her department are delighted with the results and the computer based training is pushing ahead at full speed.
